Apartments Villa Lukas

7 nights from the 5th. A thoroughly enjoyable, relaxing & comfortable stay at this well appointed 'Villa'. We were in apartment 14, which is in a separate building. Well appointed & comfortable.. The location was perfect for the BIG party ( 50 of us). Until next time 😊😊

A super find. We were part of a group booking and the apartments were perfect. Nothing was too much for Luka and his team. The apartments were clean, comfortable with great facilities with a short walk to a cafe, shop and bus stop with an easy stroll down in to town to explore further eateries, bars and excursions. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely go back.

We have stayed at Villa Luka’s many times and have always received a warm welcome. The apartments are spotlessly clean, comfortable and in a great location. On this occasion we stayed here with a large group of our family and friends to celebrate my birthday. Luka, Irena, Daniela and Branka went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect and that we all had a fantastic time. I simply cannot recommend this property enough. Hvala! We will be back soon.

Just spent a lovely 10 days at these gorgeous apartments. Luka, his wife Irena and the 2 staff are so friendly and really helpful. The rooms are spacious with their own kitchen area. The beds are really comfy, and the bathroom spacious too. The outdoor pool is lovely and clean, and there's also a hot tub and shaded area with tables and chairs. They supply you with towels for round the pool, which is a lovely idea. Downstairs there's a kitchen area you can use, and also a well stocked fridge with wine, lager and soft drinks, which you can purchase by leaving the money in a honesty box. There's also a sauna and gym you can use. These apartments are at the top of a fairly steep hill, but after a few days it didn't bother us....much!!!! There was also a lovely touch from Luka by surprising us, and our friends, with a bottle of prosecco. These are really well looked after apartments, and I would highly recommend them. We will most certainly return. If you book direct with Villa Luka, they pick you up from the airport, so no messing around arranging taxis. We loved this place - the rooms were lovely and their “honour system” for the kitchen and bar was great. We were able to do laundry after 5 which was great - although everyone else wanted to as well :-). Ended up doing it 10-12. Pool was perfect and we met lovely people too although we had the pool to ourselves for much of the afternoon. Our only issue was the location - although not far from town (and east walk there) it was VERY steep to head home. We ended up taking Ubers because the weather was very hot. Not a big issue - but just an extra step and cost. But would whole heartedly recommend - especially if you have a car!!

It was so nice I really liked it there! everyone is soo nice there and thats what I liked the most! There is a really nice pool and jacuuzy. Its around 5 minutes walking to Cavtat wich is center. There is also a sauna and GYM. And I really liked how its soo close to the supermarket! Bye Vedran.

This was our second visit to these apartments. They are basic and clean with wonderful friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and have everything you can possibly need. There is an ice machine in the communial kitchen area where you can also get morning coffee from the coffee machine. The main living area and bedroom are very spacious and there is ample storage space. There is a hairdryer in the shower room . Irena, Lukas wife has an art studio beside the kitchen with some lovely hand made jewellery, I purchased 2 necklaces which have been greatly admired by my friends. Each apartment has their own balcony area and towels are supplied for poolside

We have just returned from a 10 night stay in Villa Lukas. The team here go above and beyond to make your holiday special. From the free airport transfer to the welcome from Luka and Irena to the property and then Daniella gave us lots of helpful tips and recommendations. The property is spotlessly clean - thanks to the lovely friendly cleaning lady. The facilities are great too, from a very handy laundry room available for use every evening - this came in handy for a long stay - to sauna and gym (which we didn't actually use) I had a minor medical issue while there and Daniella arranged for one for the team to bring me to and from the clinic located beside the airport - which was a super gesture & much appreciated. As mentioned by other reviewers the property is located up a fairly steep hill, so the number 10 bus every 30 minutes was used by us every day!! I cannot fault this property or the people running it. We will spread the word and should we return to Cavtat we will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you so much :)

These apartment's are First Class in a good location in Cavtat. We had a Studio which was a very good size and Spotlessly clean as was the whole building. The Balcony was a very good size and also had a sea view. The supermarket was around 100 yards away and good value, fresh bakery available each morning. The pool area and Hot tub again were spotless and there was also a covered area to read or relax. Downstairs you could make your own coffee with an honesty box and self service washing facility along with a Sauna and gym. Would Strongly Recommend Villa Lukas and Special Mentions to Daniela and Branka for looking after us whilst there.
